Update: I went back for my coloring and Kit once again did amazing! I went full blonde and she did everything she could to make sure my hair would turn out exactly the way I wanted it. It is always a good sign when the stylist checks in often, gets second opinions to make sure timing is perfect, and … More then praise me like a goddess when everything comes out perfect.
First visit after finding them on Google. I loved it! Kit gave me a fantastic hair chop for my poor curls. After a couple years of neglect, she has made my hair shiny and eye catching again. I'll be back again for a coloring in a couple weeks!

I had got a perm which didn’t go so great. My past perm pics and my expectations were shown on the consultation before hand and it was conveyed that we all on the same page and they could do what I wanted. Unfortunately the perm was everything short of that. Upon another consultation, it was told to … More me that the length of my hair would not give me the result I was looking for. I was very frustrated, as that was not communicated from the beginning because had it been said, it was no problem to get that done before the perm. I was denied a refund but instead told my only option was to let them fix it. I did not want to do this. I strongly feel the communication could have been better regarding my expectations and what was needed to achieve that. With no other options besides losing out on a lot of money, I decided to get a haircut for a re-perm. Tommy was amazing. Very kind soul. They listened to understand, not to respond. Tommy cut, washed and styled my hair so I didn’t look like a rag doll until I can get back in for the re-perm. Because of Tommy, my frustrations were lowered and I felt better than the other experience I previously had, including the consultation that day. Thank you Tommy. I now look forward to the re-perm and I hope my expectations are met this time around.

Kit is amazing! I have a hard time explaining what I want and she nails it everytime. Just got my hair cut and i’ve been sitting in the floor playing with it for almost an hour. 500/10 highly recommend. She also took the time to explain how to do my hair which I so appreciate because i’m inept.
